We are excited to announce that we are acquiring a new building at our Shevlin Park Campus in Bend, Oregon. January 3rd, 2022.

The Shevlin Park Campus will be composed of three buildings; the Cultus Lake building (Family Medicine) at 2165 NW Shevlin Park Road, the Sparks Lake building (Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Dermatology) at 2175 NW Shevlin Park Road, and the Hosmer Lake building (Gynecology) at 2195 NW Shevlin Park Road.

This expansion marks the continued growth of Praxis Health, Oregon’s largest, independent medical group, voted Best Medical Group in Central Oregon for four years in a row, by Source Weekly. The grand opening of the new building will take place on January 3rd, 2022.

As an organization that is family-owned and operated, we believe in the importance of delivering community-oriented care through accessible services that optimize the health and quality of life for all persons. This expansion will help provide more high quality health care services for our community by growing our Pediatric department and deliver on-site, team based care for all our patients.
