Brooke Collins, LCSW has been serving the Central Oregon community since 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2015, followed by a year of service with Notre Dame Mission Volunteers AmeriCorps—a formative experience that deepened her commitment to helping others and giving back to her community. Brooke went on to complete her Master of Social Work at Seattle University in 2018.
With a special focus on children, adolescents, and young adults, Brooke is passionate about supporting patients across the lifespan. She has extensive experience helping individuals manage trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and she brings a wealth of knowledge in mental health conditions and behavior management strategies to the primary care setting. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based, client-centered care.
A native of Pendleton, Oregon, Brooke was a competitive swimmer through college and continues to embrace an active lifestyle. She loves exploring the beauty of Central Oregon—whether hiking, paddleboarding, or camping—with her husband and their two dogs.
