Dr. Joshua Little was born in the Pacific Northwest, grew up in Washington and later moved to Oregon for his undergraduate degree at the University of Portland. He then attended Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences where he received his medical degree in 2020, completing much of his training along the Oregon coast. After graduation, he set off to the mountains of Colorado where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine. He found his greatest enjoyment and interest in outpatient Internal Medicine due to its focus on shared decision making and creating treatment plans best suited to each patient’s priorities and long-term goals.

Now returning to the Northwest from Colorado, Dr. Little is looking forward to establishing in Bend with his wife, their new daughter, and two dogs. When free time presents itself, he enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, rock climbing, and spending time exploring Bend as a family. He is looking forward to experiencing all Bend has to offer.
