Erin Storck, PA-C

929 SW Simpson Suite 300
Bend, Oregon 97702

Erin is a board-certified Physician Assistant excited to join High Lakes Health Care. She loves getting to know her patients and meeting them wherever they are on their health journey. She was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky but has called a lot of places home since then. She received her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science at Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania. She also minored in Spanish and played varsity soccer. She then went on to volunteer with the Peace Corps in a rural Panamanian community working as a water, sanitation, and hygiene specialist. This is where she was exposed firsthand to the lack of access to quality healthcare and knew she wanted to pursue a career in primary care. She then went on to graduate from MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant program through the University of Washington, attending the Anchorage, AK campus.

Erin is excited to move to Bend and work with patients of all ages and backgrounds. She is passionate about preventative medicine, takes a lifestyle approach to her care, and believes in working as a partner with her patients. Erin is also fluent in Spanish and welcomes Spanish- speaking patients. With a clinical background as an Exercise Physiologist, she has a special interest in orthopedics and sports medicine. Erin is currently working on her American College of Lifestyle Medicine certificate.

When she is not helping patients, you will find Erin in the mountains trail running, gravel biking, splitboarding, snowboarding, and rock climbing or taking road trips in her van with her Panamanian jungle cat, Messi.
