Robyn Lopez received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2008 from Indiana University. She then completed a 6-month Emergency and Trauma Medicine program immediately post-graduation and went on to spend 11 years as an accomplished ER and Trauma nurse.

After moving back to Southern California where she is originally from in 2010, she spent most of her ER RN career in Pasadena, CA in a large multispecialty ER. In 2019, Robyn returned to pursue her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of California at Irvine. She graduated magna cum laude and earned her FNP, now board certified by the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Robyn is particularly interested in primary care, where she can develop a lasting relationship with her patients. She is passionate about providing holistic care and supports an open-minded, judgment-free, partnership style of care in her practice. She is also a yoga instructor and provides patients with several different modalities to optimize their health.

As a scholar, Robyn worked alongside Dr. Dana Rose Garfin, an accomplished and award-winning mental health researcher, on her doctoral scholarly project on ER nurse burnout with yoga as an intervention. Robyn is married to a retired Navy Seal and has three children, including twins. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets, reading and snowboarding.
