Kelly Eilert, LCSW, grew up in rural western Washington, and graduated from University of Portland in 2011 having studied social work and mathematics. She then completed her Masters of Social Work in 2012 as a part of the Advanced Standing program at San Diego State University. Kelly completed internships throughout her education that focused on both youth deemed at high risk for gang involvement and adults diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness.

Kelly spent the next six years working with Community Research Foundation in San Diego, California, and gaining experience within outpatient and residential mental health facilities, as well as mobile case management and crisis intervention teams. She became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2016, and has continued gaining proficiency working with youth, adults, and older adults diagnosed with mood disorders, psychosis, and substance use disorders.

Kelly relocated to Deschutes County in 2018 to transition to High Lakes Health Care and join the behavioral health team. She is excited to help the community develop tools to improve their mind and body wellness!
