Emma Rattazzi, ARNP

Emma was born and raised in Tennessee. She attended the University of Tennessee for her undergraduate education and Vanderbilt University for her graduate education, graduating summa cum laude from both institutions. At the University of Tennessee, she received the Dean’s Award for the College of Nursing. After completing her Master’s degree in 1999, she began her practice as a Certified Nurse Midwife in Atlanta, GA.

Emma has dedicated her career to caring for women throughout the lifespan. She delivered thousands of babies as a nurse midwife in Atlanta, Nashville and South Florida before focusing her efforts on the care of high-risk pregnancy and birth. She joined a Maternal Fetal Medicine group in Seattle in 2012. She later joined a breast health/surgery practice at the Swedish Cancer Institute in Seattle. She provided benign breast disease evaluation/management and high-risk breast cancer surveillance as well as breast cancer care. She has recently relocated to Bend and is excited to provide gynecologic care to the women in the Central Oregon community.

Emma believes in providing education and care options that allow patients to make informed decisions and become active partners in their health and wellness. She believes all people should have the right to make health care decisions that reflect their values and life/health goals.

When not providing patient care, Emma spends her time with her family and her goofy, lovable Goldendoodles. The great accomplishment of her life has been raising her young adult daughter to become a loving, compassionate, hard working woman of integrity. She is very excited to enjoy the natural beauty and outdoor activities Bend has to offer.
