Kim Kleaveland is a board certified family nurse practitioner. Originally from Michigan, she completed her undergraduate nursing program at the University of Michigan. While working as a registered nurse in a medical intensive care unit, Kim realized her interest in primary care and preventive medicine, which led to completion of a graduate program in nursing at the University of Michigan, specializing in health promotion and risk reduction.
After completion of her graduate program, Kim and her husband moved to coastal Maine, where she practiced internal medicine at Maine Medical Center. Kim enjoys working closely with her patients to achieve their goals and to optimize health, at all stages of life. She has a particular interest in women’s healthcare and chronic disease management.
Kim relocated to Bend in 2015. She enjoys mountain biking, fly fishing, trail running, baking artisan breads, and spending time with her husband and dog.
